Hyderabad
Digital marketing agency for
interior design studios in Hyderabad.
A marketing agency that works only with interior designers — based in Hyderabad, not servicing it from somewhere else. Seven services, built on the renders you already own.
A marketing agency for interior design studios in Hyderabad, and nothing else
Most digital marketing agencies in Hyderabad are organised around a service and take whoever walks in — a restaurant on Monday, a dental clinic on Tuesday, an interior studio on Wednesday. The work gets done, the posts go up, and after six months the studio's grid looks like every other studio's grid.
Flickin Grids is organised the other way round. One kind of client — interior designers, interior design studios, interior decorators, modular kitchen brands, turnkey and design-build firms, and architectural visualisation teams — and for them, everything they need. That is the whole difference, and it shows up in judgements a generalist never has to make: which of your forty living rooms carries a post, when a room needs a carousel rather than a single frame, and where to crop so a double-height wall still reads on a phone.
We are based in Hyderabad. That is worth saying plainly, because several of the agencies ranking for these searches are not — one operates from Gurgaon and another from the United Kingdom. Our Google Business Profile is verified against a real Hyderabad address and phone number, and you can check it before you call.
What a full-service engagement covers
Most studios start with one or two of these and add the rest over a year. Each links to a page explaining what it involves — including where it is the wrong thing to buy.
Social & Instagram content
Twelve to sixteen finished pieces a month — posts, carousels and reels — cut from your own renders, captioned, sequenced as a grid and published on approval.
Social media marketing for interior designers 02SEO & Google Business Profile
Being found for "interior designers in Banjara Hills" — the local pack that sits above the ordinary links, and the long-tail pages underneath it.
SEO for interior design firms 03Websites
The page a client opens at half past ten at night to decide whether you are a serious practice. Rooms in the first second, WhatsApp on every screen.
Web design for interior designers 04Branding & premium repositioning
Making a studio look like the tier of practice it wants to be commissioned as, so it can quote accordingly.
Branding agency for interior designers 05Google Ads & PPC
Paid search for studios whose project values justify it — and a plain no when they do not.
Google Ads for interior design companies 06Lead generation
Diagnosing whether you have a visibility, conversion, speed or positioning problem — they look identical from inside a studio.
Lead generation for interior designersThe Hyderabad corridors, and how the work changes across them
Hyderabad is not one interiors market. A studio working in Jubilee Hills and a studio working in Kondapur are selling different things to different buyers on different timelines, and marketing them identically is the most common mistake we see.
Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills
Independent houses, older plots, large budgets and slow decisions. Clients here are frequently choosing between two or three studios recommended by an architect or a friend, and the decision is made on evidence of judgement rather than on price. Marketing that works is restrained: fewer pieces, one photography standard, project writing that explains a decision. Volume actively hurts.
Madhapur, HITEC City, Gachibowli and Kondapur
The IT corridor — apartments, dual-income buyers in their thirties, and a decision cycle measured in weeks rather than months. These clients search actively, compare openly, and reply to whoever answers first. Speed of response matters more here than anywhere else in the city, and Google Maps visibility for "interior designers near me" does real work.
Kokapet, Narsingi and the Financial District
New premium high-rises, much of it pre-handover fit-out work where the client has bought off-plan and wants the flat finished before moving in. The distinguishing feature is timing: demand arrives in waves as towers hand over, and a studio that is visible in the months before a handover wave gets a disproportionate share of it.
Secunderabad, Begumpet and the older city
Renovation rather than new fit-out — older housing stock, structural constraints, and clients who need to see that you have worked around a load-bearing wall before. Before-and-after imagery earns its place here in a way it does not in a new high-rise.
We work across all of these, and remotely with studios in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune.
Who we work with in Hyderabad
Four kinds of practice, each with a different marketing problem.
Residential interior designers — the individual room is the unit of persuasion, and the studio that replies first is frequently the studio that gets the project.
Modular kitchen companies — competing against national brands with large advertising budgets, which means the fight is won on finish quality and local proof rather than on reach.
Turnkey and design-build firms — larger contracts, longer cycles, and clients who need evidence you can hold a programme and a budget, not only a mood board.
Architects and visualisation studios — the largest unpublished archives in the city, and the strongest contractual reasons for not publishing them.
What makes this different from a general Hyderabad agency
| What changes | A general agency | An interiors-only studio |
|---|---|---|
| Where the images come from | A stock library, or a shoot you pay for | The render archive you already own |
| The crop | Square, because the template is square | 1080 × 1350, because the ceiling was the point |
| The caption | "Transform your space ✨" | The brass ring is the only warm metal in the room |
| Planning unit | A list of posts | A grid, three across, in publish order |
| Who else they serve | Restaurants, clinics, gyms, retail | Interiors. Only. |
Instead of testimonials, a finished piece
We could put a row of five-star quotes here. Most agency websites do, and almost none of them can be verified. We would rather give you something checkable.
The @flickin_grids feed is public and it is the portfolio — twenty-one pieces built exactly the way a client's month is built, from an archive of renders, with no shoot and no styling day. The case studies describe how they were made, including what we got wrong.
And then the offer that settles it faster than any of this: send one render and we will return one finished piece, free, before there is any conversation about money. If it does not look better than what you would have posted, that is the end of it and it cost you an image.
Five mistakes we see in Hyderabad studios every month
Posting the project instead of the room. A carousel captioned "3BHK at Gachibowli — swipe" asks the viewer to care about your project list. They are looking for a room like the one in their head. Lead with the room; the project is context, not the hook.
Letting the enquiry sit until evening. Hyderabad clients, particularly in the IT corridor, message three or four studios in one sitting. The order the replies arrive in shapes the whole conversation, and it is a free advantage that most studios give away daily.
Publishing the small jobs. Every studio has a handful of projects taken to cover a quiet month. Publishing them tells a prospective client that this is your normal scale, and the enquiries adjust accordingly.
An empty Google Business Profile. Most studios in the city have claimed the listing and left the services blank, added no photographs since the day they verified, and never asked a single client for a review. For any search with a locality in it, that is the whole game — and it is an afternoon of work.
Square crops on tall rooms. Hyderabad has a lot of double-height living rooms and stairwell voids, and the Instagram web composer crops to 1:1 by default without warning. The ceiling is usually the reason the photograph was taken. The full crop rule is here.
How the first ninety days run
| When | What we do | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | You send one render. We return one finished piece, free. | Send one image |
| Week 1 | Sort the archive by room type rather than by project, and report what is actually publishable — including which images are too small to crop to 4:5. | Share the folder |
| Week 2 | The first month planned as a grid, three across, in publish order. | One approval pass |
| Weeks 3–6 | Publishing begins. In parallel, the Google Business Profile is filled in properly — categories, all services, service areas, photographs with real filenames. | Ask two clients for reviews |
| Weeks 6–12 | Second and third months. If a website or search work is in scope, it starts here rather than in week one — the feed has to be worth linking to first. | Approve monthly |
Search results do not appear in this window. Indexing takes two to six weeks and placing for a specific local phrase realistically takes two to four months — that is the honest curve, and we would rather set it here than explain it in month two.
What decides the price
There is no public rate card, because the two things that move the number vary more than anything else: how many finished pieces a month you want, and how much of the publishing you want handled rather than handed over. A studio wanting twelve pieces delivered as files sits at one end; a studio wanting sixteen pieces plus scheduling, profile management and a website sits at the other.
What we will not do is quote before seeing the archive. The amount of usable material in a folder varies enormously — two studios with the same number of completed projects can be three months apart in publishable content — and a number given before that is guesswork dressed as a proposal.
So the sequence is: one render, one finished piece free, then a look at the archive, then a number. Nothing is charged before the third step.
What we will not do
- Promise follower counts, reach figures or ranking positions. Anyone who does is guessing or buying them.
- Publish invented performance numbers on this site or on our Google profile.
- Take a second studio at your tier in your corridor without telling you first.
- Sell you paid advertising you do not need. We talk more studios out of it than into it.
- Post anything you have not approved.
Questions Hyderabad studios ask
Which is the best digital marketing agency for interior design studios in Hyderabad?
The honest answer is that it depends on what you need, and any agency claiming to be objectively best is marketing rather than answering. What can be checked: whether the agency works only on interiors or across every industry, whether it is actually based in Hyderabad rather than servicing it remotely from Gurgaon or overseas, whether its own feed and website look like work you would want, and whether it will do a piece before you sign anything. Flickin Grids is Hyderabad-based, works only with interior designers, publishes its portfolio publicly at @flickin_grids, and returns one finished piece free before any pricing conversation.
What does a marketing agency for interior design studios in Hyderabad actually do?
It handles everything about how the studio is seen and found, so the designers can design. In practice: turning the render archive into a month of posts, carousels and reels; building or fixing the website so an enquiry is one tap away; getting the studio into Google Maps for searches like "interior designers in Jubilee Hills"; running paid search where the project values justify it; and making sure the enquiries that arrive are for the kind of work the studio wants.
How much does interior design marketing cost in Hyderabad?
It is a monthly retainer priced on volume and on how much of the publishing the agency handles, and it varies widely across the market. Rather than quote before seeing the work, we ask for one render and return one finished piece free, so the standard is settled before cost is discussed. Be cautious of anyone quoting a fixed number before they have seen your archive, and of anyone promising follower counts.
Do you work with interior studios outside Hyderabad?
Yes. We are based in Hyderabad and work in person across Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, HITEC City, Kokapet and Secunderabad. The work itself runs on files rather than site visits, so we also serve studios in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune remotely.
Why choose a specialist over a general digital marketing agency in Hyderabad?
Because the judgements are different. A general agency running restaurants, clinics and gyms in the same week applies one template and changes the photographs. An interiors-only studio knows that a render crowded to all four edges makes a poor post whatever the room is like, that the profile grid shows only the first slide of a carousel, and that Instagram's web composer silently crops a 4:5 design to a square. Those are small things that decide whether a month of work lands.
How long before an interior design studio in Hyderabad sees results?
The grid looks like one body of work within the first month, because the crops and the rhythm become consistent immediately. Search and Google Maps visibility take longer — two to six weeks to be indexed and realistically two to four months to place for specific local phrases. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting phrases nobody searches or is not telling you the truth.
